Epiphanes Gloss Spar Varnish (the oil varnish mix in the video is Varnish 2: Linseed 1: Thinner 1
This mix can be varied depending on the coat you are doing. First coat, add extra thinner if you like to increase depth of absorbtion, second coat mix could have more varnish to build film, final coat could have a bit more linseed to make it easier to remove in a smooth even manner.
Linseed Oil (too many brands to mention but note that raw linseed and boiled are different. Boiled usually has metallic driers in it and speeds dry time, I use boiled linseed)
